Cancellation and Refund Policy

At StoFlyte, we are committed to providing our valued customers with the best storage experience. In order to serve our customers well, we schedule all pick-up and delivery appointments. When you schedule a pick-up or delivery appointment you agree to the following Cancellation and Refund Policy:

For all pick-up and delivery appointment changes, we require a minimum of 72 hours notice before your scheduled appointment.

  • Bookings cancelled before the 72 hour notice period will receive a full refund minus a $35 administration fee
  • Bookings cancelled with less 72 hour notice will result in a late cancellation fee of $100 and any remainder from the initial payment will be refunded
  • Bookings cancelled with 48 hours or less notice from the pick-up date, or after the crew has been dispatched will result in a minimum cancellation charge for the reserved crew ($240 plus applicable taxes for a 2-member crew) and any remainder from the initial payment will be refunded
  • Any change to the scheduled pickup date and time might incur a processing fee of $25 for each occurrence
